Join the Law Society of Prince Edward Island for a Free Public Information Session on Immigration Advocacy with CBSA, IRCC, Administrative Tribunals and the Federal Court

Lawyers Chera-Lee Gomez and Charlotte Sullivan will discuss strategies for preserving, restoring or regaining immigration status in Canada.

Topics of the Free Legal Information Session will include:
    - Your legal rights when interacting with CBSA;
    - Applying for a Temporary Resident Permit when inadmissible;
    - When to request that IRCC reconsider a negative immigration decision;
    - The process, procedure and scope of a judicial review of a negative immigration decision before the Federal Court; and
    - Representing yourself before immigration tribunals, such as the Immigration Appeal Division.
